I'm just excited to eat the food. I just had complex oral surgery and can't eat normal until 3 days before I go to Disney last week of September. Spending the next 90 days making food lists!

Great video- the food looks great- those nachos. I agree that MK is my least fave place to eat. The best places to eat at MK is to go to a resort. I love SH 71 and also the bar at WL.

The trope of restaurants being awkward just isn't true across the board. No one cares if you're alone. They're there to eat, not pass judgement on you for eating alone. It's literally just having a meal. Go and enjoy your meal and stop making people think they should worry about it.

Peter Pan ride is shutting down for renovation this summer?

I'll usually chat with the person next to me if there is one (on some of the less popular rides the CM will give you a solo row), if it is another adult. Where it gets awkward for me is if a family has to be separated in such a way that I'm seating next to a child. I feel like I've invaded a family 😂

I enjoy going to Disney by myself it is peaceful and yeah, sometimes it can be a little awkward eating by yourself, but it’s nice to be able to do what you want when you want

I go to Disneyland solo 99% of the time and to Disney World about 70%- even when I’m with people at DWorld I usually have entire days to myself. Been doing this for so long it doesn’t bother me at all. The only time I miss other people is during meal times, but it’s not embarrassing to be alone. Especially nowadays when I have my phone to occupy me. It would just be nice to share a meal and talk about the day with others.

Solo traveler, only once has someone spoken to me while we shared a ride. It must be awkward for them. Not me,😂

I like to carry around a spare bolt in my pocket. When I ride with a stranger I pull it out and say this came off your safety bar/seat. Really makes the ride interesting..

I was and although I enjoyed it, being a castmember is a thankless job. You don’t get paid much and guests can be rude.

i do single-rider, a lot, because i'm the person in the group who is not going to miss those attractions. so, yeah, i'm always sitting with someone i don't know. i think it's far more awkward for them, than it is for me. they came with a group, and now they're sitting with a stranger, who is making a fool of himself and loving it.

Fry Bucket I'm doing my first solo trip in August. I can say I do a lot alone even at home anyway so Disney world will just make it magical.

I relate to these sooo much! It's so awkward sitting next to a stranger on a ride (I usually coexist/ignore them unless they address me first). I avoid taking pictures especially selfies alone because I feel so subconscious about being judged! I am also so awful at character interactions like I usually just agreeing with everything they say lol

If I get on a roller coaster with a stranger, I ask if it's ok that I scream, even with children, we usually laugh together and have a great time, screaming together.

People have always complained that AK is a half day park (which it's not if you do all the things and take your time) but I think it might be if they close both of those down at the same time.
